Mark Sutcliffe
Chairman / Producer
Mark has extensive entrepreneurial experience in several industries including transportation, promotional products, gaming and mining. He built two highly successful interactive game companies: Specialty Board Games, Inc., and b-Equal, Inc., which generated in excess of $100 million in global retail sales.
Under Mark’s direction, both companies created, marketed and distributed several licensed board and DVD games for some of the world’s most notable brands including CSI: Las Vegas, CSI: Miami, NASCAR, WWE and DreamWorks Animation. CSI: The Board Game, the companies’ flagship product, was distributed in over 20 countries and became “the number one board game property in the world.”
As the founder of Posse Films, Mark has assembled a highly experienced and respected team of professionals to finance, produce, market and globally distribute a slate of experiential films.
Travis Cloyd
Chief Technology Officer / Producer
Travis is an award-winning producer, experience creator and member of the Producers Guild of America. He is the Futurist in Residence at Florida International University (FIU) and an Adjunct Professor at both FIU and Arizona State University. He is also the Arts, Music and Entertainment Ambassador for the Global Blockchain Business Council.
Travis has created digital content for major studios, iconic brands, renowned actors, global musicians, top athletes and historical figures. As a tech visionary he is breaking new ground and leads the industry in creating and protecting virtual human IP content based on legendary personalities for all facets of the digital ecosystem.
Ed Moitoso
Principal Screenwriter / Producer
Ed has held senior management positions with international Food Service corporations Neilson, PepsiCo and Nestlé. His executive proficiency expanded when he co-founded Specialty Board Games, Inc. Ed subsequently helped design the Las Vegas and Miami versions of CSI: The Board Game and wrote the crime stories for both games.
As Posse Films’ resident “script doctor,” Ed has written and co-written several screenplays including Racer’s Heart – The Bobby Allison Story, Tracey’s Payne – The Payne Stewart Story and Still Standing – The George Chuvalo Story. In addition, he has honed his writing skills working with notable industry professionals Angelo Pizzo (Rudy, Hoosiers), Rowdy Herrington (Road House) and Joshua Michael Stern (Jobs).
Dale Paschke
SVP Production & Brand Relationships
Dale joined the Posse Films Management Team during the summer of 2018. Dale was previously employed by the John Deere Company, a world leader in providing advanced products and services for the agricultural, construction, forestry, turf and utility customers. He joins the Posse team after his 40-year career with John Deere, where he served in a variety of sales, marketing, advertising, licensing & brand management positions. During his years serving in brand capacities, John Deere entered into NASCAR Motorsports and the John Deere Classic PGA Golf Tournament and Dale’s team did a terrific job creating and producing the look, feel, and messaging of the John Deere brand & merchandise to those targeted audiences. He brings to the Posse Team, both wide and deep experiences in leading and managing global teams and collaborating with dozens of the top worldwide brands, and global ad agencies.
Jack Mulcahy

Jack possesses a full and valued understanding of the film and entertainment business. At 19, he was a “studio rat” at Atlantic Records in New York, working with such chart-topping groups as Foreigner and Hall & Oates along with Grammy award-winning producer Jimmy Douglass. Bit by the acting bug at 25, Jack has worked in over 200 films including the blockbuster Porky’s and the critically acclaimed The Brothers McMullen. He has also appeared in a multitude of TV shows such as Sex and the City, Blue Bloods and Law & Order and several stage productions. In addition, Jack is Vice-Chairman of the SAGindie Film Committee and a member of the National Board of Directors of SAG•AFTRA.
Dean Orfanos
Chief Executive Officer / Producer
An executive with vast senior management experience, Dean has led global organizations with revenues up to and exceeding $750 million for such renowned brands as Reebok and New Balance. In addition, Dean has collaborated with several major studios to increase brand and product exposure.
His expertise in the field of Sports and Entertainment marketing has enabled him to drive brand and product sales on a worldwide level. Throughout Dean’s career, he has formulated and fostered lasting relationships within the world of professional sports and entertainment.
Dean has orchestrated brand initiatives and awareness with numerous iconic athletes, entertainers, celebrities and through various motion pictures. His extensive expertise has enabled him to help synergize the sports and entertainment industries.
Tom Campanella
Executive Vice President of Marketing & Advertising
For more than three decades, Tom has held numerous executive positions at Paramount Pictures encompassing Finance, Administration, Television, Theatrical Distribution and Worldwide Marketing. Tom has promoted over 500 films in his career including Raiders of the Lost Ark, Forrest Gump and Titanic. He is a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (AMPAS) and the Motion Picture & Television Fund (MPTF).
E.J (Ted) Hall
Director of Operations / Executive Producer
An accomplished corporate executive with extensive expertise in logistics, production and marketing, Ted was Vice President of Canada for AmeriFleet Transportation, a leading U.S.-based logistics company.
While at Bell Canada, Ted procured and managed the largest fleet of vehicles in the country. He has an entrepreneurial management style and has built several successful companies and developed many strategic partnerships within the film industry.
Andrew LoBue
Senior VP & Executive Producer
Andrew graduated North Carolina State University with an Electrical Engineering degree working with Nortel Networks and Cisco Systems. He then began his entrepreneurial entertainment career with the Wayne Gretzky Hockey Centers located in NC and additionally, Andrew has pioneered several start-up ventures acting as General Manager and VP of Sales & Marketing, while solidifying supportive partners.
Andrew has played a very key role in raising development capital funding for several of the upcoming Posse Films Projects including:

Kim Dawson

A film and television industry veteran, Kim produced the hugely successful Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie trilogy, in addition to Bobby Jones: Stroke of Genius and Letters of God. Kim is both a line and creative producer with extensive managerial acumen, sound narrative experience, as well as significant film marketing and product placement expertise. Kim has also served on the Florida Governor's Film Advisory Board.
Wayne Carmona

An award-winning film and television producer, Wayne is most noted for producing HBO's hit series Entourage, working alongside the show's creators, Doug Elin and Mark Wahlberg. During its eight-year run, the show received four Emmy nominations for Outstanding Comedy Series. The recipient of the Danny Thomas Comedy Producer of the Year for Season 2 of Entourage, Wayne worked with Jerry Bruckheimer on Con Air and produced the Entourage film.
David Garland

A seasoned motion picture executive, David has over 30 years of advertising, publicity, promotions, licensing and product placement experience. As a Marketing Vice President at Paramount, Disney and Fox, he spearheaded the P&A campaigns of dozens of successful movies such as The Godfather, Star Wars and Raiders Of The Lost Ark. David has also teamed with several record companies to produce some of the biggest selling soundtracks of all time including Grease and Saturday Night Fever.
